Order Placement:

  1. Orders may take up to 48 hours to be placed on the designated marketplace.
  2. Provided customer data will be securely deleted from our records upon successful order fulfillment.
  3. A service fee of 10% (a minimum of 15$) of the order total will be applied to each transaction.

Order Fulfillment and Refunds:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order for any reason.
  2. If an item is returned to the marketplace due to non-reception, no refund will be issued.
  3. Refunds will only be processed if we are unable to fulfill your order. Approved refunds will be equivalent to the amount refunded to us by the marketplace. Please note that service fees (base fee and percentage fee) are non-refundable.

User Responsibilities:

  1. Users must check their order status regularly to stay informed about any important updates.
  2. Users must be at least 21 years old to use this service, and by using it, they confirm they meet the age requirement.
  3. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the websites from which orders are placed.

General Conditions:

  1. We do not guarantee the availability of all products and may not be able to fulfill orders for certain items.
  2. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for order processing.
  3. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our service.
